Summer. Present day. UK oil consultant Ryan Ellis is posted to a remote area of the Balkans. Although miles from civil unrest, he is taking no chances. He protects his villa with security systems. When his wife Lidia comes for a visit, he hires Masluch, a local bodyguard, to look after her. Soon, Ryan begins to doubt if Masluch is all he claims to be. In a region torn apart by ethnic cleansing and frequent kidnappings, perhaps he has good reason to be worried...

"Also worth a mention is the set by Toby Coulton and the excellent lighting design, which combine to capture the essence of a balcony at a villa in the hot Turkish summer – no mean feat in the cramped environment of a small pub venue like The Bull in Wanstead." - Fiona Gilbert, London Theatre1

"Toby Coulton’s set and Steve Lowes lighting deserve a mention as between them they manage to effectively capture both a sunny day time Mediterranean patio and a soft evening ambience." - Theatre and Art Reviews.
